Shipping policy

EVENT RETREAT KITS - Tickets are often sold as pre-order / early bird orders. Fulfillment can take up to 6 months.

All physical products are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once a product has been shipped, your order status will update with the tracking number. Once USPS/UPS has possession of your order, there's nothing I can do. If it gets delivered to the wrong address, arrives damaged or never makes it to you, please follow up with USPS directly to report your lost/damaged package.
