Refund policy

All sales are final. There no exchanges, returns or refunds.

Most of what I sell are "DIGITAL GOODS".  You'll receive access to the digital item within minutes of completing your order. You can download each item 5 times. Downloads expire 365 days from purchase. Please make sure to download before it expires.

I can't prevent you from ordering a digital item multiple times.  Please check your order against your Digital Content Library to ensure you don't buy duplicates.

I sell very few physical products (e.g. Retreat Kits and de-stash boxes). At this moment, outside of very limited exceptions (e.g. the wrong item or missing items sent), I can't accept returns or refunds on these either.  When my business grows and I can absorb the cost of returns / refunds, I will reevaluate this policy.
