The Paper Escape : Winter Retreat (October 2-4th) is 3 fun-filled days of crafting, laughs and an opportunity to connect with each other! The first day of this event will be held on YouTube completely free and open for everyone to attend.

No Refunds or Exchanges
Because I'm a very small business I can't offer refunds or exchanges. If you purchase a physical product (e.g. a Paper Escape VIP Ticket), if I haven't mailed it out yet, you can gift or resell it to someone else and I will ship it directly to that person instead of you.
Shipping
All physical products are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once a product has been shipped, your order status will update with the tracking number. Once USPS/UPS has possession of your order, there's nothing I can do. If it gets delivered to the wrong address, arrives damaged or never makes it to you, please follow up with USPS directly to report your lost/damaged package.
International customers: please note that you may be charged broker fees, customs, duty, etc upon receipt of your package. I don't have control over these costs and the responsibility is yours to pay.
